Refund Policy This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Teky360 globally and is governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, while respecting international best practices. Teky360 provides digital, IT, consulting, and customized technology services. Due to the nature of digital and professional services, refunds are limited once service delivery or project execution has begun. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@teky360.com within 7 days of purchase or service agreement. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be approved if services have not commenced or if Teky360 fails to deliver services due to internal operational issues. No refunds will be issued for: Services already rendered or substantially completed Customized or client-specific work Delays caused by client non-cooperation, missing inputs, or change in scope Third-party costs or transaction fees If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Currency conversion charges or banking fees, if any, are non-refundable. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your country. All disputes related to refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India. Teky360 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
